Product Concerns

Do you recommend a method of application?

For best results and absorbency, apply on skin after a cleansing/toning ritual. Dispense 2-4 drops of She’s Vanity Face Oil to the palm of the hands, rub together, than massage onto facial skin and neck area in upwards strokes and always keep away from eyes.

Are your ingredients chemical free?

We only use pure, non GMO, organic, 100% botanical, petrochemical free ingredients.

Are these products vegan & cruelty free?

All our ingredients used throughout are lines are 100% from plants and flowers. They are not tested on animals nor do they involve any animal by-products.

When can I expect to see results?

You will notice visible results within a week. However, your skin cells renew themselves every 28-40 days. Apply regularly and as directed for best results.

Will She’s Vanity Face Oils make me break out?

We get asked that a lot… this typically happens with products made of comedogenic oils along with other factors that cause acne and clog your pores, typically found in less quality and less expensive products. She’s Vanity is made from rich non-comedogenic oil. Your skin will feel nourished upon every application. Botanical oils saturate and nourish skin cells, replenish lost moisture, repair skin damage and create a protective barrier that locks in hydration and shelters skin from external factors.

I noticed floaters in my bottle

It’s absolutely normal, raw botanical ingredients contain natural plant and flower components that may settle to the bottom of the bottle or solidify in cooler temperatures. Fortunately, they’re loaded with nutrients that make your skin soft and feeling smoother.

I noticed a difference in the color or scent of my bottle

It’s completely normal for a pure natural product to have slight variances in the color and scent from one bottle to another. The raw materials used differ in every batch, no two harvests are the same. Unprocessed flowers and plants contain natural components that visually enhance our oils color. We do however recommend that you keep your products in a dark, cool environment and away from direct sunlight to preserve it’s integrity.

Do my products expire?

Every bottle has an approximate shelf life of 2 years, and since they are all hand-made in small batches, you’re guaranteed to have a fresh bottle from the moment it’s ordered. It’s recommended to finish the bottle within 12 months of use.

Shipping Concerns

How quickly do you process your shipments?

All orders are processed within two business days and then shipped via courier service. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and that shipping may be slightly delayed during the holiday season.

What are the shipping charges?

Orders throughout Canada under $150 are subject to a $10 shipping charge, whereas Canadian orders $150 or more are shipped complimentary. All sales are subject to HST tax (13%)

International orders are subject to a shipping fee ($12 US, and $30 worldwide), whereas international orders of $200 or more are shipped complimentary. All sales are subject to HST tax (13%)

Please Note: International orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and other country fees imposed by your country of residence. She’s Vanity has no control over these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for all taxes and duties charged by your country of residence.

How do I confirm my order has been placed?

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, please contact our client care team at info@shesvanity.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you accept returns?

If you never had the opportunity to sample any of our products, we encourage you to take advantage of our sample pack of all 3 face oils for trial and compatibility prior to committing to a larger format product. We do not offer any refunds and or exchanges.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

When the order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you determine you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your package.
